Gregory K. Bowser has been a fee-based financial planner helping families in the community prepare and invest for retirement for over two and half decades. His extensive retirement planning experience has been invaluable in assisting to guide retirees through uncertain times and living a comfortable retirement.

Mr. Bowser is the managing principal of Asset Management Services, Inc. dba Safe Harbor Asset Management Services, a Registered Investment Advisory firm registered with the State of Maryland. He is responsible for compliance as the Chief Compliance Officer for Safe Asset Management Services. He has been a Certified Financial Planner® for over twenty years. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and has been recognized by the Financial Planning Association for his long-standing membership. He is currently the Vice President of the Rt. 40 Business Association.

Mr. Bowser graduated from Towson University and then devoted five years of service in the Army as an aviator. Upon completion of his military service as a Captain, he immediately started his career as a financial advisor. When not building his business, he has donated his time to coaching football, basketball, and lacrosse. He and his wife, Susie, have shared their success by funding and administering the Bowser Family Foundation, which has donated thousands of dollars’ worth of life saving devices and programs to the local community. He is also a perennial sponsor of events for the benefit of The ARC and The Harford Family House. They enjoy golfing and are members of the Maryland Golf and Country Club. They also enjoy spending time with their family and boating on the Bush River and Chesapeake Bay. They are active members of the Bush River Yacht Club.
